soundlists

Hi everyone,

Regarding bug #127751 ( http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=127751 )

It looks fairly straight-forward to merge the soundlists, but it touches a  
lot of files including all the translations.  So before I put together a  
patch, a question:  Do people want or need a Balsa specific application  
startup sound?  I'm ambivalent, but I wanted to check with the list before  
doing all the typing.

Obviously the new mail sound stays.  Although as the person who concocted  
the current newmail.wav, I encourage people to try and do something better.
