FYI: I got bored last night so I implemented rfc3156 support in gmime.

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@anoncvs.gnome.org:/cvs/gnome co -r
GMIME_PGP_MIME gmime

The code supports pgp5, pgp6 and gpg. There's code for pgp2 too, but
pgp2 is kinda broken in that it seems to always return 0 even if the
signature is bad so checking the signature status is a bit difficult :\

especially since I don't want to have to parse any output.
