That's nice. Why don't you either:
a) start writing one youself or
b) start helping on an existing project. :)
I understand that this may sound a bit harsh - no offense intended - but
that really is the best way to get it done. (note that I'm not
volunteering on either count :)
And what's this about writing a window manager for a toolkit? Those are
two distinct logical entities - X was designed that way.
