 Just checked 2 environments (in proc): bonobo-activation-server and
 gswitchit-applet. See attachments. LC_ALL is missing at all for
 bonobo-activation-server (which is ok for me). There are LANG and
 LC_NUMERIC (and CHARSET if it related:). For the applet, LANG and
 LC_NUMERIC are ok - and there is some funny LC_ALL as well.
