I've looked into why reloading the page is so slow in the wiki. Using a
the sch_netem kernel module to emulate high latency its pretty easy to
test these things.
It seems we're not doing *any* preloading of contents when we're
embedding in the wiki. This causes lots and lots and lots of xmlrpc
calls when loading the page. One for each comment/live comment/chat line
at least.
Now, i'm not entierly sure how to fix this. It seems like the wiki
caches the html page, so we can't put the preload cache in the html for
the wiki.
