wiki links

I'm not sure why, but sometimes the wiki links fail for me.

They turn into something like this:
http://127.0.0.1:8080/yarrr/;jsessionid=E00BAA15DD746A6C84A322CC8D807F15topic/Test
when i click them.

I think we should use relative links instead of concatenation. That
should avoid this problem.
