hmm, i did not make it a dynamically loadable at runtime option. are
there existing code samples of this somewhere in the libxml2/libxslt trees
(i'm a relative newbee here).

yes, so i feared. i don't suppose anyone would want libexslt to include
some .c files with bsd licensed versions of these hash algorithms...?
