[xslt] xslt 2.0

I'm curious about the status of xslt 2.0 support in libxslt.  I'm
especially interested in the schema-aware bits.  Are there any concrete
plans to implement those pieces in libxslt?  If not, would someone in
the know have an idea of how difficult it would be to add those bits to
the code?
