[xslt] configure runs wrong python executable

["Troels Walsted Hansen" <troels fast no>]

I think the attached patch is correct and necessary to build libxslt
with a python executable with is not in the global PATH. Patch against
libxslt 1.0.33.

Please CC any replies, I am not subscribed to the list.
