[xslt] validation of a doc

Hello,
when validating an xml document with xmllint, I get:

apt-howto.fr.xml:12: validity error: Element chapt content does not follow the DTD
Expecting ((heading , p?) , sect*), got (heading p p p p)

while nsgmls does not complain.

Which one is right?

(xmllint: using libxml version 20506)
