This is the way to do this

<xsl:variable name="tplname"><xsl:call-template
name="fabriquechemin"/></xsl:variable>

<textarea class="p" name="{$tplname}">
	<xsl:value-of select="." />
</textarea>

As I said there is no reason why you would need to use
<![CDATA[<sometag>]]>
