[xslt] Release of libxslt-1.0.25

  Mostly a bugfix release:
    ftp://xmlsoft.org/  and GNOME FTP mirrors
    http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/

Very small changes:
* Bug fixes: double-free for standalone stylesheets introduced in 1.0.24,
             C syntax pbm, 3 bugs reported by Eric van der Vlist
* Some XPath and XInclude related problems were actually fixed in libxml2-2.5.2
* Documentation: emphasize taht --docbook is not for XML docs.

A number of bugs reported on XSLt processing were actually related to XPath
or XInclude and are fixed in libxml2-2.5.2 , so I bumped the level of
requirement to that last release which you can find at the same place.
