[xslt] Windows/MSVC updates

Hi there.

Following the changes done to libxml2, I have changed the project files for
libxslt as well, for same reasons.

The updates are in the ZIP archive which hangs on this message. This one
must be extracted in the root of the source tree.

Okay, now, these files are new and should be added:

  libxslt.dsp
  libexslt.dsp

These files are obsolete and should be removed:

  win32/dsp/libxslt_a.dsp
  win32/dsp/libxslt_so.dsp
  win32/dsp/libexslt_a.dsp
  win32/dsp/libexslt_so.dsp

Other files should be overwritten by those in the ZIP archive.
