[xslt] Release of libxslt-1.0.20

  This release was somewhat urgent since it fixes the problem faced 
when using recent DocBook XSLT stylesheets.

Again this is basically a bug fix release:
* Windows makefile updates (Igor) and x86-64 (Frederic Crozat)
* fixed HTML meta tag saving for Mac/IE users (need last libxml2 update)
* possible leak patches from Nathan Myers
* try to handle document('') as best as possible depending in the cases
* Fixed the DocBook stylesheets handling problem
* Fixed a few others XSLT reported errors
