[xslt] Release of libxslt-1.0.5

  A dozen bugs have been fixed since the last release:

What's new:
    *  some portability fixes, including Windows makefile updates from Igor
    * fixed a dozen bugs on XSLT and EXSLT (me and Thomas Broyer):
       - global variables redeclarations
       - time/date EXSLT fixes
       - number formating (any)
       - namespace nodes for xml: prefix
       - strip-spaces
       - etc...
    * support for Saxon's evaluate and expressions extensions added
      (initial contribution from Darren Graves)
    * better handling of XPath evaluation errors

Upcoming:
   - well maybe more work on the extensions to the core spec
   - starting to integrate code needed for the XSLT debugger
   - try to fix one of the know bugs:
     + variables declared twices in a template
     + problems with namespaces parent nodes support.
   - better handling of stylesheets errors
