[xslt] Release of libxslt-1.0.7

 This is a small bug and compile fix release:

* remove a compilation problem with LIBXSLT_PUBLIC
* Finishing the integration steps for Keith Isdale debugger
* fixes the handling of indent="no" on HTML output
* fixes on the configure script and RPM spec file

   I expect the flow of release and API changes to really decrease
in part because Gnome is entering an API freeze for Gnome-2 release, and
also because I will have to refocuse on other stuff for a while.
