[xslt] xsltGenericError(xslGenericDebugContext,...

The following lines contain calls to xmlGenericErrorFunc
with the genericDebugContext or vice versa.  This causes
problems since I depend on calls to the genericError routine
to redirect error messages to a log file.  If I define
genericDebugContext in order to capture these messages
then I get a lot of debugging messages, too.
