  Seems the best is to check with the PHP developers.
Some of them are already well aware of libxml/PHP gluing since they
use it for the DOM access method. Adding libxslt on top and making
the binding with the syntax doesn't sound hard, but again PHP developers
are more likely to provide the right answer.
