[xslt] libxslt-1.0.1 is released

  Also a quick release. Includes the state from the CVS database.
There is still some open bugs lefts but this closes a few and includes
the current EXSLT code from Thomas Broyer, the patches for
document() from Matt and William, and an update of the documentation
from John Fleck.
