[xml-bindings]fyi: rexx bindings for libxml2 and libxslt

For your information, I've just released a set of rexx bindings for
libxml2 and libxslt. It doesn't implement every function but provides
a coherent and manageable subset.

This may be of interest to anyone looking for a macro language for
a libxml-based application.
