[xml-bindings]libxml2-pas-2.5.2 released

New version of header translations is finally out, after a long delay caused
by me being extremely busy during last months.

This release contains translations of following package versions:
libxml2-2.5.2
libxslt-1.0.24
libexslt-0.7.15

New header file translations:
- xmlreader.h
- relaxng.h
- security.h

The automatic conversion script (checkapi.sh) was improved a lot.
