[xml-bindings]New release

 I uploaded new version of libxml/libxslt. I also added improved python
bindings, as part of the distribution or in the separate archive
   ftp://xmlsoft.org/python/

 The python improvement include lots of fixes, implementation of the
suggestions provided, an attempt to solve the shared library problems
and the prossibility to write XPath extension functions returning node-sets.
