[xml-bindings]libxml2-2.4.24 released

New versions of header translations is out.
This package contains translations of:
libxml2-2.4.24
libxslt-1.0.20
libexslt-0.7.11

libxml2-pas is pascal bindings for the libxml2 library from GNOME project.
libxslt-pas is pascal binding for the libxslt library from GNOME project.

This release is again compilable with Delphi 5. By the way, work on
FreePascal compatibility was started.
