XKillClient is just breaking the X connection, which *may* cause the
offending client to
exit, but if it is stuck waiting for something else, it will just go into
"stealth" mode and keep
consuming resources... XKillClient is a reliable way to free the server side
resources of a hung client,
but not the client side resources.
