During the discussion of launch notification, it occured
to me that the term "initial mapping order" used to specify
the ording of _NET_CLIENT_LIST is not 100% accurate 
(thinking about clients starting iconic). We should change
that perhaps to either "initial mapping request order" or
"time the wm started to manage the window". 

But this is clearly not a showstopper for 1.0.
