window type considerations

Hi, 

looking at our current window type classification, I think
we should mention that desktop and dock type windows are 
typically left undecorated by WMs ? 

One increasingly common (sadly) class of toplevel 
windows which I cannot easily fit into our classification 
are splash screens. I'd like to propose a new type for these.
One could argue that including a standard type for them will
encourage their use (which would be unfortunate), but on the
other hand, an standard type tag on them will make it very
easy to have them suppressed by the WM.

What do you think ?
