Window size.

This must have been hashed to death although I can't seem to find 
it.  I'm also having trouble interpreting the window manager spec 
to find out if this is a window manager thing or not.

I've been on the Window Maker list and asked about being able to 
save window sizes and they specifically say this is an application 
issue.  In all my experience with X apps it does always seem to be 
an application stored attribute (/usr/X11/app-defaults).

Is there some information about this somewhere?
