The link at the bottom of the page marked ``The "current" version of the
Gnome window manager hints'' links to what is currently implemented by
most WM - the Gnome WM hints.  This is what we have been working to
replace.  The latest product of this list is draft 1.9e, linked to at the
top of the page, available both as HTML and SGML.
