I agree that it's better to not argue the pros and cons about MDI vs. no
MDI, but I don't see any reason why we shouldn't figure out what hints
would be useful for MDI apps for 1.0 of the spec. It may be as simple
as adding a hint or two. We should certainly aim for minimality on
un-tested features so we're not burdened with backward-compatibility
later.
