[Usability] Request for User Interface Review of Inkscape

If anyone is interested in doing a User Interface Review of Inkscape I
would like to encourage them to do so.  The Inkscape developers are
interested in continuing to try and improve the usability of their
software and a fresh persspective could be very helpful.

Working off Inkscape 0.42 would probably be easiest but if any reviewer
could also look at the unstable builds it might also be useful to get an
idea which aspects have been addressed already.

It is worth noting the Inkscape developers are quite aware of a variety of
problems in Inkscape.  For example a new Preferences dialog was mocked up
and I believe may have been partially implemented.  Discussing issue you
find as you go along will probably help you to make the best use of your
time.
