[Usability] Define new Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello

I'm a Linux User that in the begging start use KDE. With time I've found
GNOME.

With GNOME I've missed some features of KDE like access xkill command
with CTRL+ALT+ESC and kill a window.

I've tryed to find how can i do it in GNOME and I've found that i can
put a Pannel that kill my Window and that's ok for me but I've notice
that we cannot insert new features to the Keyboard Shortcuts. We can
only use the features that are listed.

May we define new features in this list or this is a close list?
