Again: I don't think you can do that. It is not a consequent use of the "paste
into file area" concept. If a confusing interface was the reason for removing
the text widget, an ambiguous PASTE is far worse.
-Worse, because pasting in this case is made abstract: you don't "see" what you
paste like you would if you pasted into a text widget, graphic app or whatever.
-Ambiguous, because pasting into file-display areas in other connections would
paste/copy/move the file itself.
To put it very brief: It would make it harder to learn the interface.
