Not a whole lot different than it does now. However, I think it should 
have a primary header message, with a more detail message below, as in 
explained and shown in example in this section of the Human Interface 
Guidelines: 
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/windows-alert.html#alert-text

The strong (bold) heading will follow the HIG, and make the dialog 
easier to 'scan' and quickly recognize.
