[Usability] Re: How to denote default menu entries?

As was not mentioned in that bug report, marking the default menu item in
bold is how Windows does it (since Win95).

In addition, if you create a default menu item in a submenu,
double-clicking the parent item in the parent menu is the same as selecting
that submenu item. This gives you the same capability as conditional
cascades in OS/2. IT also has the benefit of being consistent with other
default menu item behaviors (ie: double clicking on the object is the same
as clicking the default item in the menu)

Note that I've never seen a Windows app use this feature. Most context menus
in Windows only have a default item at the first level menu.
