As was not mentioned in that bug report, marking the default menu item in
bold is how Windows does it (since Win95).
In addition, if you create a default menu item in a submenu,
double-clicking the parent item in the parent menu is the same as selecting
that submenu item. This gives you the same capability as conditional
cascades in OS/2. IT also has the benefit of being consistent with other
default menu item behaviors (ie: double clicking on the object is the same
as clicking the default item in the menu)
Note that I've never seen a Windows app use this feature. Most context menus
in Windows only have a default item at the first level menu.
