If anyone wants to take an actual book instead, I've just been reading
"Paper Prototyping: The Fast and Easy Way to Design and Refine User
Interfaces" by Carolyn Snyder and can thoroughly recommend it... it
proves beyond any doubt that you can do a whole heap of incredibly
useful usability testing with little more than a pencil and paper.  I
always used to think it was one of the better-suited usability
techniques to projects like ours (not to mention one of the most fun to
do), and now I'm even more convinced :)
