[Usability]CD&DVD RW as r/w devices

I do like XP way of using CD&DVD RW devices as read/write ones with the 
explorer, perhaps Gnome will do it in a short term, I would like it.

Of course, and for R devices copy files to them with the explorer would 
be a good feature too.
