[Usability] mahjongg usability issue

Hello,

in the mahjongg (from gnome-games) prefs dialog you can select tiles, a
colour and a map. For each of those there is a checkbox "Make it
default". Only if that is checked, the setting is actually saved and
applies the next time you start the game. According to my observation
this behaviour is different from that of other gnome programs.

My proposal: Remove the checkboxes and save the prefs always instead.
