It's standard in the sense that it's a standard emacs keybinding (see
the last table on
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/draft_hig/keyboard.html#keyboard-navigation
for a list), but I believe emacs keybindings will be turned off by
default for GNOME 2.0 widgets.
