That the Foobar should be replaced by a standard panel is exactly the
consensus that was reached in the #usability IRC channel a few weeks ago.
If only to get rid of the clock and tasklist on the top right so that more
useful things can be put there (like a Help menu). Why the Foobar clock
isn't just one of the many clock applets has always been beyond me...
