[Usability]understanding problems

hi, sorry for my bad subject but seriously i reported a bug with the
bugnumber http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=90012 some minutes
ago and it got marked as 'notabug'. are people seriously planning to
tell the users something about usability while doing changes like this ?
sorry but i am not really happy about this no matter how much
'correctness' is in this theory and please apologizes if i sound
offensive now but this really makes me like to switch to sawfish again.
probably 10 times more broken but hopefully it runs as i expect it.

but i am likely to listen about the thoughts behind it to understand it
better.
