Smack! No more disinformation!

The meeting will be on *TUESDAY* July 31 at 1800 UTC. The monday I threw
at you wasn't a final date/time and wasn't really intended for mass
publication, but ah well. There were a number of people who couldn't
make the monday time, so it seemed prudent to move it.
