RE: revised patch to change tooltips

Web Browser (Netscape/Mozilla browser) [If you are connected to a network,
you can use this program to browse the Internet] - possibly add 'or local
.html documents' after Internet

Mail (Evolution) [Read and send email] - Mail seems overly simplistic,
Perhaps the name should be Mail and Organizer, and the tooltip should have
something to the effect of 'Read and send email; and manage tasks; contacts;
and calendars', on the other foot, you have timetracker and calendar in
productivity.  Hmmm...

Sound Recorder (Sound recorder) [If you have a microphone connected to your
computer, you can use this program record messages] - insert 'to' after the
word program

Memory Leak Detector (memprof) [Check your program for memory leaks] -
possibly change 'your' to 'a'


Search...[???] - 'Find files, folders, and documents on your computer'
