And if you now compile with -DPERFORMANCE_MODE, tinymail will perform
faster but will use more memory for proxy instances.

At this moment, unlike a few minutes ago, runs tinymail by default in
memory mode. So it will use ~ 300kb less memory.

I noticed that in this 'memory mode' tinymail is now also fast enough.
Mainly cause of the relaxed destroyer destroying disposable proxy
instances in the background (without using threads, by the way).

So, *again* svn up and please test. Check the libtinymail-camel/
Makefile.am for a commented sample on how to compile in performance
mode.

I'm also considering introducing a pool for proxy instances. And
implementing the proxy instances using a custom GType. Feel free to
assist me if you feel brave.
