Sure, there are plans to develop more tools, but there's just lack of
manpower :)

The current work is concentrating on getting a more correct
infrastructure [1], which is is also affecting code maintainability
enough to make quite easier to develop new tools, which will be the next
step, hopefully after 2.14.
