[system-tools] Ubuntu GST release different?

Hi all,
I just installed Ubuntu on my laptop: when I looked for a services
managing GUI I found any, even if GST are installed by default. What
happened to services-admin? Has it been withdrawn from recent releases,
or is this a specific Ubuntu "feature"?
