[system-tools] New App

Hi Guys,

   I am a newbie to GUI programming on Linux. I want to start off with
some simple application. I was thinking of designing a front end for
adding and changing environmental variables. It will be a trivial
application, but still I thought it could be a useful tool and can be
added to GST. Any suggestions for my idea ?
