Ximian setup tools 0.11.0 is extremely outdated, since it was released, the 
project has changed its name to gnome system tools and is about to release 
the version 0.31.0 :)

I recommend you to download and try gnome-system-tools 0.30.0 from 
ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/sources/gnome-system-tools/
