[Setup-tool-hackers] release 0.4

Hello,

Thing that we forgot to annouce as new was the ability to save session
data (like complexity, etc, etc)... I know Hans Petter asked me what's
new for 0.4 release.... I just forgot about that. But since we are doing
0.4.2 pretty soon we can add it there. I think 0.4.2 will be mainly
because user tool will be "ready" (yeah, right :). I'm planning to be
ready on friday evening (that's friday morning for most of You).
