cvs surgery is now complete.

You can now get the backends from the "setup-tool-backends"
module. NOTE : The anoncvs server updates once a day so this
should be visible within the next 24 hrs.

For the ximian-setup-tools module, the backend directory
is now "backend" (it was "backends"). You need to do 
"[user@host cvs]$ cvs -z3 co ximian-setup-tools"
to pull the new directory. I've updated the Makefile.am & 
the configure.in file. If you have uncomited stuff in
"backends" just do a cvs diff and apply to "backend".
