[Setup-tool-hackers] Solaris 9 and ximian installer

Hi all,

I am running Solaris 9 Beta_Refresh and would like to install Ximian
gnome (instead of gnome-1.4 from sun) on this box. However the
installer barfs as 5.9 is not a coded value. (The go-gnome script
workaround is simplar).

Anyway point being, can I get Ximian Gnome working on Solaris 5.9? And
could anyone point me in the right direction?
